Netflix is one of the most popular streaming services on the planet, and with good reason. It has a huge selection of movies and TV shows to choose from, and it’s always updating its library with new content. However, there are a few things you need to know if you want to log out of your Netflix account on every device you own. Here’s how to do it:
- Open Netflix on your computer.
- Click the three lines in the top left corner of the window (or press Ctrl+Alt+T).
- In the “Account” section, click “Your Account.”
- Under “My Profile,” click “Log Out.”
- Enter your password in the “Password” field and click “Log Out.” That’s it! You now have logged out of your Netflix account on every device you own. ..
If you’ve ever logged into your Netflix account on another person’s device, or left it logged in on a device you no longer use, you know how annoying it can be—especially if someone else is watching shows on your account and kicking you off. Here’s how to log out of all Netflix sessions with one simple button.
To do this from a web browser, first visit Netflix.com and click on your profile in the upper-right corner, the click on “Your Acccount”.
On the next screen, scroll down to Settings and click “Sign out of all devices”.
Now click “Sign Out” and your Netflix account will signed out of all devices.
To accomplish the same thing using the iOS and Android apps, first open the app and then tap on the icon in the upper-left corner.
When that pane slides opens, scroll down to and tap “Account”.
Next, scroll down and tap on “Sign out of all devices”.
Finally, tap “Sign Out” and you’re done.
There are a couple caveats you should be aware of when you do this. First, as it says, it can take up to 8 hours before the change takes effect on all devices. Also, this method will sign out of all devices, including your own—so you will need to log back in on each and every device you want to use with your Netflix account.
